MACNAK Construction has started the construction of a custom ICF home in Gig Harbor, WA.
This home will feature a large detached garage/shop built entirely from insulated concrete forms (ICF) as well as the entire home built from the same. The concrete slab has been poured for the shop and ICF stacking is underway.
This house will feature signature radiant floor heating for increased energy efficiency and comfort, as well as a custom outdoor jacuzzi with elongated rock sculpting that takes advantage of the amazing view this property has to offer.
The concrete slab for the home is scheduled to be poured early next week as well.
