Awarded 2013 – MACNAK Construction was awarded an 8(a) SATOC for multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair, and minor construction work in support of the Fleet Logistics Center-Puget Sound (NAVSUP) and other customers supported by the Seattle District U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE). Work includes minor road repairs, projects that require open space improvements, renovation of facilities, range upgrades, minor new construction, carpentry, roofing, excavation, interior/exterior elements, steam fitting, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, fencing, demolition, concrete, masonry, asbestos and lead paint abatement incidental to construction, and project design. This contract requires MACNAK Construction to simultaneously perform multiple task orders within the Seattle District area of responsibility. To date, MACNAK Construction has been awarded 28 task orders.

Awarded 2012 – MACNAK Construction was awarded an IDIQ multiple award construction contract for new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition and repair work by design-build or by design-bid-build of facilities located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) NW area of responsibility which includes Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Types of projects include administrative and industrial facilities, housing renovation, child care centers, lodges, recreation/fitness centers, retail complexes, warehouses, housing offices, community centers, commercial and institutional buildings, manufacturing and industrial buildings and other similar facilities. To date, MACNAK Construction has been awarded eight task orders.

Awarded 2011 – MACNAK Construction was awarded the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District Performance Oriented Construction Activities (POCA) IDIQ MATOC. The scope is to provide a variety of civil works design and construction services including but not limited to the following: repair and maintenance of real property, incidental services, force protection work, property repair and maintenance, habitat restoration (environmental work), new construction, and renovation. To date, MACNAK Construction has been awarded four task orders.

Awarded 2011 – MACNAK Construction was awarded an IDIQ contract for work to be performed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
