Awarded 2018 – MACNAK Construction was awarded the CNIC NAF Construction Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for the Navy Region Northwest. Projects include construction of new or repair and renovation of existing: Transient Lodging, Car Washes, Golf Courses, Golf Clubhouses/Maintenance Facilities, Officer and Consolidated/Enlisted Clubs, Youth Centers, Outdoor and Indoor Recreation Centers, Bowling Centers, Auto Skills Centers, Community Activity Centers, RV Parks, Cottages/Cabins, Sports Complexes/Fields, Theatres, Marinas and other MWR/NGIS projects. Projects may include multipurpose/multifunctional facilities or complexes for multiple program requirements.

Awarded 2018 – MACNAK Construction was awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) MATOC for Construction Services using Design-Build, Bridging Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build and Non-complex Construction delivery methods for a broad range of general construction projects; including, but not limited to, new construction, renovation, repair and alteration, demolition, and historical restoration of GSA owned or leased real property in Washington. Types of facilities may include administrative buildings, courthouses, child care centers, warehouses, and land of port entry.
